Paterson P-TECH gives students an opportunity to gain real-world tech sector experience through a paid internship with IBM while earning a high school diploma and an Associate’s degree from Passaic County Community College in a STEM field at no cost to the student.. Students are assigned IBM mentors and attend mandatory classes in the summer. Students are afforded a head start in developing the skills and knowledge that lead to innovations which can change the world.
