Congratulations to Coach Mr. Tommie Patterson for receiving the Victory Award and Mr. Romal Patterson for receiving the Honor Award from The Passaic County Coaches Association. 

Both Mr. Pattersons will be honor on March 27, 2024, at the Brownstone at 7:00 p.m.

Solaris Paul is a junior at JFK High School and has been wrestling for three years. Solaris won the North 1 Regional Girls Wrestling Tournament that was held at Vernon High School on Sunday. She went into the tournament with a record of 10-1 making her the top seed for the 165 lb weight class. She won three bouts in a row by fall before beating Abigail Loszynski from Bergenfield High School 1-0 in the final round. Solaris will now be going into the State Championships with a 14-1 record to face some of the top female wrestlers of New Jersey. The tournament is being held in Atlantic City and will start this Thursday 2/29. The tournament will be three days with the finals being held on Saturday 3/2.
