    Student Enrollment

    Students must self-enroll by clicking here

    • Student enrollment will be prioritized by grade level.
      • Seniors will be assigned first.
      • Juniors will be assigned second, 
    • Sophomores and Freshman as space allows.

    Student Attendance Policy

    ***There are no excused absences during summer school***

    • Students are expected to be present in person and on time for all enrolled courses.
    • Students who are more than 10 minutes late will be marked Tardy.
      • Three (3) tardies are equal to 1 absence.
    • Students are allowed no more than three (3) absences.
      • On the fourth (4) absence, the student will be dropped from the enrolled course(s). 

    Student Experience

    ***Cellphones are not allowed to be used at any time during class sessions. Students who do not adhere to the cell phone policy will be at risk of being dismissed from the program***

    • Students must attend in-person each day (Monday through Thursday)
    • Students must be in complete school uniform.
    • Students must bring a fully charged Chromebook to school daily.
    • Students will be allowed to make up only two (2) previous failed courses in summer school.
    • Students must actively participate and complete 100% of the coursework with a passing grade of at least 63% to obtain credit for the course(s).

    How Students Complete/Receive credit for a Summer School Course

    ***Modifications and Accommodations will be made as per each student's IEP***

    Using a combination of teacher assignments and online course content, the student must complete each course with a minimum overall final grade of 63% for the following subject areas: 

    • English
    • Math
    • Science
    • Social Studies
    • Health
    • World Language
    • ESL
    • Any Electives

    Physical Education I-IV requires 60 hours of active participation, as well as passing all assessments with a minimum grade of 63%.

    Students cannot leave the building for lunch.
