- Communicate an understanding and ownership of the district's M i s s i o n a n d Vision as an organization dedicated to providing the best possible education for every child.
- Establish positive, professional, and collaborative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and reengage stakeholders to become active supporters and participants of the PPS community.
- Promote ongoing professional and collaborative relationships to support the safety and well-being of the whole child in order to maximize their academic potential.
