Maintain operational fiscal discipline while ensuring that the district’s financial standing is strong.
OBJECTIVES:
- Maintain district wide fiscal discipline.
- Implement a facilities plan that accommodates the population of the district over the next 5 years.
- Establish a clearly articulated facilities priority listing of capital improvement projects.
- Develop a comprehensive school based plan that ensures all safety and security protocols are well articulated and understood.
