The Phsysical Education and Health Department is proud to display the Delta Dental Initative within the gymnasium.  Mr. Wood has been very passionate and excited to engage the students in learning about Dental Care.

Learning about Dental Care is so important to us!  Mrs. Cruz' and Ms. Hernandez' 3rd grade students all received toothbrushes, toothpaste and dental floss while learning about dental care in Mr. Wood's Health class.

School District and School Grades Are Required by the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (ABR).  Click here to view the full report- NJ Department of Education Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights District and School Grade Report.  Our school received a grade of "43"!!!!

This is to notify you that the grades assigned to our district and school as required under the Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act (ABR), are now available for public release and attached to this memo. The school grade is a raw score of data and the sum of the ratings for all indicators within each core element on the School Self-Assessment completed last year. The maximum total score for a school is 75 points. The school district’s grade is an average of the total scores of all schools in the school district.

The ABR Self-Assessment and Grades were designed to help foster safe and positive learning conditions for students. The school and district grades are part of an integrated process for reinforcing and strengthening a school’s climate and culture through prevention and intervention efforts targeted toward harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB). District and school staff have been encouraged to use the data to educate staff and the community about current school practices and engage them in identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
