Dress Code

The Great School Number Five takes a great deal of pride in it's students' appearance. The way they look reflects their attitudes toward school and themselves. All students are expected to groom themselves neatly and appropriately.

A clean, neat appearance is primary. Clothing that tends to disrupt the class or contribute to a safety hazard will result in a phone call to the parents asking that they bring a change of clothing for their child.

The following articles are not permitted at school:

A. T-shirts with absence or vulgar messages.
B. Revealing or provocative attire.
C. Shorts, other Bermudas or walking shorts.
D. Halter tops.
E. Coats worn as outerwear.
E. Beepers and/or cell phones.
F. Radios and/or hand-held video game devices.
