State District Superintendent Dr. Donnie Evans delivered his “State of the Schools Address” to a large, diverse audience of parents, students, government officials, teachers and administrators. The landmark address, the first of its kind here in the district, gave a detailed accounting of challenges and changes both accomplished and those yet to be addressed.
