Helpful Communications Tools

Paperless Forms – As we move toward an office environment in which the use and storage of paper will be nearly obsolete, the district has begun creating digital, paperless forms. The Versiform system will be available via a link located on the left side of this page. The Versiform system contacts all parties required for the processing of a form and follows up with reminders and status (approval/disapproval) notifications and remarks. A number of frequently used in-house forms are available already, and more will be added as work progresses on this fantastic new addition to our operations.

School Messenger – Telephone outreach to our students, families and staff will now take place via the School Messenger call system. This “auto-call’ messaging utility replaces the former ParentLink system and works much the same way but with greater efficiency and ease of use. Designated school-based system admins will find a School Messenger link button on the left side of this page.

District Application (App) for Mobile Devices – Download the new Paterson Public Schools application for mobile devices! If you have used our highly-successful mobile app in the past, we have created a new and improved version that is available at the Google Play Store (for Android devices) and the App Store and ITunes (for Apple devices). Please note that you must delete the old application from your devices before downloading the new.
